subledger transfer program

Hello,
We are currently on 12.1.3 and are noticing that some of our discoverer reports are not providing the details they did in 11.5.9.  I believe that this is due to the fact that the transfers to the GL are no longer in detail in R12.  We are not fully utilizing the new R12 subledger accounting so I was thinking that this might be the issue.  Is there a way to continue to transfer to the general ledger in detail in R12?
