How do I delete an imported pre-approved batch?

Wondering if, as a user, I can delete an imported batch that ihas rejected items.  We had to adjust transaction controls on several projects, but from what I have read, I need to delete and re-import the batch.  I can not find anything about how to delete the entire batch.
