FSG Reports with Content Set and Page Expand - Produces Reports for Cost Centers never used

We have defined various Parent Cost Centers. The Parents contain ranges of Cost Center (Child). Content Sets have been defined to perform Page Totals and Page Expands. For example a Content Set may have two sequences:

Seq 1   Account Range Company 100(L) to Company 100(H) Display PT (Page Total), Cost Center P001 (L) to Cost Center P001(H) Display PT (Page Total)

Seq 2   Account Range Company 100(L) to Company 100(H) Display PT (Page Total), Cost Center P001 (L) to Cost Center P001(H) Display PE (Page Expand)

 

When we run the FSG we end up with reports for every Cost Center in the Parent P001 range
