database 10.2.0.4 where moved to a p7 server with version 6.1 - need to relink? How?

Hi experts.
Four databases  versions 10.2.0.4 in one server- one ORACLE_HOME, were moved to a Ibm P7 machine with 6.1 os.
This databases are development databases for Peoplesoft.
Do I  need to relink?  How?
