Bulk Order Performance fine tuning

Hi

 

Do we have any benchmark document for fine tuning the performance of the bulk order processing in 8.1.1?

We are facing a performance issue while processing bulk orders. Based on the logs, it was  found that most of the time is getting consumed during the validation.

 

a)       What is the use of validation step?

b)       What is the impact if we remove this step from the workflow?

c)       How can we do the changes for the below arguments:

Cache Instance
Cache Action Set
Cache Action
