After service relocation, service stays registered with local listener...

We have a 3 node 11gR2 RAC. Services are running on a preferred instance, the other 2 instances being available.

Let's say we relocate services from one instance to another, then back to the preferred instance.  INST1 to INST2, and back to INST1. 

Then services stay registered with listener running on node 2 afterwards, meaning connections can still be established to INST2... 

Is there a way to unregister services from listener running on node 2?
