Oracle 9i to 11g upgrade

We have decided to upgrade our database from 9.2.0.8 to 11.2.0.1  (OS: From Windows 2003 SP2 32 bit  =>>> Windows 2008 R2 SP1 - 64 bit)

I have installed the Oracle 11g and forgot to install Oracle Grid control. Now I am unable to see the grid control ( https://server.domain:1158/em )

Can I install 11g Grid control only? Or Do I have to deinstall and install the Oracle again?
