Can we Upgrade siebel UCM from 7.8.1.1 to 8.1.1.4 Directly?

Hi All,

  customer is asking:

"We are going to upgrade UCM SIA 7.8.1.1 to SIA 8.1.1.4. Is it a one step upgrade to 8.1.1.4 or it is a 2 step upgrade."  Would this be considered a one-step upgrade as documented in Doc ID 1332567.1?
