how to add asset manually in tax book

I want to add one asset in tax book . Req to please let me know the steps to do this ...
Asset 1234 is already there in corp book . Now i want to add same asset in tax book as well .So when i query 1234 in asset workbench i should get two rows one for corp book and one for tax book . Pl help
