Accouting Flows of Oracle Cost Management R11i, R12

I want ask many questions:
1/ What's current level cost, previous level cost?. How are they use?. Please you show example.
2/ What's Material Absorption Overhead?. How are they use?. How's it setup?. Please you show example.
3/ According I read document, The overhead is divided into Fixed overhead
and Variable Overhead. How are they setup in Oracle Cost Management?.
I don't understand the formula which Oracle Cost Management use it
calculate the overhead cost value into each discrete job (Average cost) according Basis: Item, Lot, Resource units, Resource Value. At end of period, where's the system get actual value of Overhead cost value?. How's the system processing actual value of overhead cost on each discrete job at the end of the period?.
