Printing custom documents
Hi Everyone,I am trying to print a custom report on specific printers for different users using the Assign Documents to printers functionality. I have assigned the document at user level to specific printers. The records have been enabled and a default has been chosen as well. But still when I run this report it does not get printed at all. Do we need any other setups as well to use this functionality for custom documents? I know this works fine for standard documents like packing slip, pick list etc without any additional setups.
We have an alternative to set the print options before firing the report but I just wanted to check if I am missing anything.
