Hi,

I have installed Oracle 11g (11.2.0.1) on Windows 2008 R2 SP!1 ( 64 bit). I would like to install OEMS (centralised console) on a different box to monitor the performance issues. Since I have not done this before I need some help in this.

Have following questions:

1. Do I have to install same OEMS version of my database and same OS version as well?

2. I guess I can download the software from "edelivery.oracle.com"

3. I guess OMS creates a seperate database on the new box to store all the details of the actual databases.
