ORA-00376

 I have a database 10g 10.2.0.1.0 on solaris 10.

 The database can mount but when i try to open im getting this error

 SQL> alter database open;
alter database open
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced

The last 40 lines from the alert log shows the following errors

bash-3.00$ tail alert_billing.log
Errors in file /bill01/app/oracle/admin/billing/udump/billing_ora_23454.trc:
ORA-00704: bootstrap process failure
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00376: file 2 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01110: data file 2: '/bill01/app/oracle/oradata/billing/undotbs01.dbf'

Error 704 happened during db open, shutting down database
