What Oracle client software to install before installing TOAD for Windows 7 64 bit?

Hello Everyone,

To install TOAD, I need to install some Oracle client software to create Oracle home (orant) on this machine (Windows 7 64 bit).  In the past for XP, I used Oracle Desktop ADI, which can't be used on Windows 7 anymore.  I checked Oracle download site but couldn't decide which one to try.  I did try Developer Suite (11.1.1.2) but it didn't work.  Error message is that Weblogic was not installed.  I am not sure how to handle that error.  I just wonder if anyone has installed TOAD on Windows 7 64 bit and what Oracle client software has been used.

Please advise.
