OSM Studio Design ERROR when loading workspace->OutOfMemoryError

1) Installed Design Studio 3.1.3.1.0_Patch – 12725949 successfully.
Imported the cartridge version OSM 6.3.1 b265 and tried to build the workspace with the cartridge imported. Received an error:”OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space”.
2) After this error occur osm studio restarts, and is not possible to load the workspace anymore (same OutOfMemoryError error).

Issue can be verified by setting Target field in property for the shortcut to eclipse.exe '-vmargs -Dsun.lang.ClassLoader.allowArraySyntax=true' and the starting Design Studio.
For example:
C:\DesignStudio\eclipse.exe -vmargs
-Dsun.lang.ClassLoader.allowArraySyntax=true
