US PAY: August Vertex - Arizona SUI change

We are testing the August Vertex on 12.1 HRMS RUP 4 and it is suppose to 'Add the SUI Special Assessment with a tax rate of 0.4% and a wage base of $7,000, effective 1-1-11.  To calculate this tax, pass enumerated type eVprtTaxIDSUI2ER in parameter pTaxID.'

We ran a payroll and we do not see any change in our AZ SUI.  Anybody else having a similar problem or any ideas. 

Besides installing vertex, does something need to change in Oracle?
