Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Vacation accrual on anniversary date

I need to know if vacation accrual can be setup on anniversary date. Example:

Anniversary date is 5/17. 40 hrs when employee hits 1 year, 80 hours after 7 years of service.
