Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I got this message twice and have not found how to solve.
What should I do?

Erro interno (ORA-600[ttcdrv-recursivecall]) detectado em /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/orcl/orcl/alert/log.xml no horário/número de linha: Wed Aug 17 20:32:26 2011/59282.

Erro interno (ORA-600[ttcdrv-recursivecall]) detectado em /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/orcl/orcl/alert/log.xml no horário/número de linha: Mon Aug 15 17:13:50 2011/48434.

May anyone help me?
