Transportable tablespaces in 10.2.0.4 DG Env

Hi,

We have 10.2.0.4 Physical Standby. We will migrate certain applications through transportable tablespace approach on the primary. Does this approach generates REDO on the primary so that the Standby gets sync'ed up automatically?
