Oracle Label Security is not working

 Hello at all,

I have installed a ORacle 11gR2 Database with Oracle Label Security.

I followed the Tutorials in the "Oracle Label Security Administration Guide" to create a OLS-Policy. So far so good the tutorial worked fine. After that I used the steps of the tutorials to create my own OLS-Policy on the "CUSTOMERS" - table from Oracle's "OE"-Schema. beside the "OE"-Account I created four users with four different User-Labels (I also created the needed Data-Labels). In the "CUSTOMERS"-Table I gave the different Customers one of the Data-Labels that are similar to one of the four User-Labels. But when I enable my OLS-Pollicy no data is shown to one of the four created Users.
