Budgetary Control In Projects - R12

Hi all

Currentyl we are implementing Release 12.1.3 of Ebusiness Suite

From project site, to enable a budgetery control in project is mandatory.

We do not use core forms to enter budgets. We use Project Management feature.

According to below note it seems that budgetery control  cannot be used unless you enter budgets in core forms. Do you know if it it true?? It meas that in R12 budgetary (HTML) control does not exits??

Are there any Workaround to solve this??

Are budgetary controls used in PJT?
No. Budgetary controls are used in Project Costing only.
