workflow error 'AR_BUS_EVENT_SUB_PVT.CM_InComplete' for event 'oracle.apps.ar.transaction.CreditMemo

Hi,
got the following error in workflow:

Error Message
3825: Error '-6502 - ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error' encountered during execution of Rule function 'AR_BUS_EVENT_SUB_PVT.CM_InComplete' for event 'oracle.apps.ar.transaction.CreditMemo.incomplete' with key 'oracle.apps.ar.transaction.CreditMemo.incomplete_15095077_04-JUL-2011 08:07:20'.

WFE_DISPATCH_RULE_ERR
Error Stack
Wf_Event.dispatch_internal()

I have checked the Credit Memo in AR Receivbales and this CM is OK, so far ...

What can be the error? How to solve that?
