Clicking on SQL Plan Management Baselines crashes OMS. anyone else experience this?

in Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC) Question
i have a database that has been collecting baseline plans for a few weeks.  there are roughly 40,000 plans in the baseline.  i try to use oem to manage the plans but clicking on it crashes OEM.  it just sits there waiting, i'm guessing OEM is trying to load all 40,000 plans??? very poor design, just wondering if someone else experienced this because metalink and google isnt helping at all.
