Disconnections in JDE.

Good Afternon,
I have disconnections in JDE.

I determinated this error in my JDENetLog.log in the server where JDE application is running.

232-Error from Host=<IP-Client> in recv returned Connection reset by peer

The Cliente in  an CITRIX server 2008 R2.

TERMINAL -> CITRIX SERVER -> HPUX (JDE and DATABASE)
USER

I checked the network but not found  any issues.
also, checked the database logs and listerner.log
When used the FAT client, the number disconnections were decrement  .


Can you help me, because this error is reported daily and the application is crashing for all users.
