Performance issue......

Dear Team,

               I am working on windows 2003 server ,I have one large table[table1] in oracle 10g and
        i have to import important data from [table1]  in multiple tables in  another oracle database (10g)...
        please tell me that is there is any TOOL for this, which not effect on my SERVER PERFORMANCE...
