Migrating big database from Solaris SPARC to Solaris x86

We are planning to migrate a 4 TB big database from Solaris SPARC to a new server with Solaris x86.  Kindly advise what is the best way to migrate.

The database version is 10.2.0.3   It will be migrated first before upgrading to 11.2.0.2

Will the migration process differ if the new server is Solaris x86-64 instead?

Would appreciate any help.
