Ebiz R12 DB migration to Exadata

Experts,

One of our existing customer wants to migrate their database to Exadata machines. And they want to retain their apps tier in RHEL5 VM machine. We would like to understand the following.

  1. Is this certified first? i mean database in exadata server and apps in rhel5
  2. What are best practiced adopted for such requirements from customer?
  3. What are the various approaches?
  4. Which is the supported approach to achieve this sort of stuffs
  5. Any valid pointers in MOS or note id would be really helpful
  6. If anyone in this forum had experience, could you please share the document if possible
