NTP reference Update for Entire Machine

A refernce time source update occurred and the NTP source, primary and secondary, have changed IP's.  I have been reviewing machine documentation and have identified the various sub-systems that need the update but have found no specific procedures.   I have ID'd the sub systems that need updated as: db node, data node, ILOM, Ethernet and IB switch.  Looking at the DB server and Data Nodes specifically the ntp.conf file informs that this is a generated file by Exadata and DO NOT MODIFY.   Is there a procedure in place to update NTP soruces for the machine and its configuration files
