API to pick and populate Journal Entry details in GL_INTERFACE table

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,

   We need to bring journals posted to General ledger in an instance to a different General ledger on a different instance. Is there an API to pick journal detail records from GL_JE_BATCHES, GL_JE_HEADERS and GL_JE_LINES and populate GL_INTERFACE on a different instance (through a data base link) ?

   Any advice or guidance will be appreciated.
