Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ATACHMENT ON MEDIA OBJECTS NOT WORKING

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with the atachments for the media objects on webhtml which is not working

I have an environment called PR wich is a copy of PY and i checked the F98MOQUE and the htmlupload is configured correctly that is why in PY it works

also i have checked the jas.ini and it is the same as in the PY environment but i don´t know why it does not work

Does anyone have any idea how to check the media objects configurations.

If i try to upload a file through a fat client it does work fine.
