US PAY fast formula for ER deduction need percentage values

My company is currently working on a 401k like deduction.  The matching amounts are based on percentages rather than dollar amounts.  How would I go about building this type of fast formula?

I am looking for examples or a recommendation if this should be posed as an sr.
