MFS laptop -> User name in the Notes Histroy is Blank and does not provide the name of the user who

Hello,

When you try to view Notes History on the Laptop there is a field USER which does not display the name of the user who actually entered the notes it is blank(null)...Can you please let me know if it is a bug in MFS Or Iam missing anything
