MFS Laptop->When a admin personnel attaches any attachment in Oracle App for an SR the last updated

Hello,

When you admin personnel attaches a attachment in Oracle APP for an SR and when FE syncs his laptop the attachment shows the last updated by as FE name but not the admin personnel who added the attachment
