ADR question

I have read documentation, searched on MOS and Google but cannot get good answers to following question:

I run the following commands on the database server:

adrci> show base -product adrci
ADR base is "D:\app\oracle"
adrci> show base -product client
ADR base is "D:\app\oracle"
adrci>

How do I change the above base locations? I have already modified the DIAGNOSTIC_DEST of database, ASM and listener so their logs/traces are going into a different location.
