OPen Receipts Screen P43214 does not display the receip rotuing records

We are using the Receipt Routing process. We have received the material into first stage receipt route "TRAN". But when we want to perform a reversal at this stage it does not show up on the receipt reversal application P43214. If we move it to "STK" then it displays on the grid. But however reversal is not allowed since it states that the receipt must be taken to the first stage in the routing.If I move it back to "TRAN" it does not display again for reversal. Is ther something I am missing?
