De-Activated exadata

Hi, all,
Attempted to activate an Exadata before but failed because serial numbers were not found in Oracle's database.
Now the issue is resolved and all the serial numbers can be found in Oracle's database.
But it's too late that all the Exadata assets have been de-activated. Status history is like this:
