Using a User-defined Content Set is creating long wait times

Hi there,

We created a User-Defined content set to expand all departments into their own tab when an Income Statement-like report is run.  These reports are then distributed to the department managers.

When trying to open the FSG thru the Repository, in Excel, the process takes over an hour, and i believe it's due to the fact that this report is creating roughly 40 tabs with individual data on each.  Sometimes the report doesn't open at all and sometimes it takes 15 minutes.

Are there any workarounds to improve the speed of this process, or at least regulate it?!
