DBConsole is not starting after IP change

Hi All,
We recently changed the IP and hostname of the server that is running Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0
After modifying the tnsnames.ora & listener.ora, the database came up fine and is accessible. However, I am not longer able to access the OEM.
When I run 'emctl start dbconsole', I get the following error:
C:\Users\myadmin.SERVERA>emctl start dbconsole OC4J Configuration issue. C:\app\myadmin\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_
DBConsole_SERVERA_orcl not found.
The server is a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise 64-bit system.
How can I troubleshoot this issue to resolve it? Are there files that OEM uses that need to be modified with the new hostname/IP or should I try to re-create the repository?
