Which Oracle Developer Suite (forms/reports) for Oracle DB 11.1.0.7 and windows 2008 application ser

We are ungrading to application server Win 2008 from Win 2003.  We will stay on Oracle DB 11.1.0.7. 

Currently we are using Oracle Developer Suite 10g (10.1.2.0.2).

Can we still use this version ODS to recompile for Win 2008?
