OMS Grid installation Erro

Hi,

I am trying to install  OMS grid ( 11.1.0.1.0) for Windows 32 bit and I am getting the following error in the installation.

OUI-10133:Invald staging area. There are no top level components for Windows NT, Windows 2000 available for installation in this staging area.

I have:

Installed Oracle Enterprise database 11.1.0.7 ( Windows 32 bit)

installed Oracle weblogic server 11g Release 1 (10.3.5)

I downloaded three zip files in the same folder and extracted there. Appreciate early reply.
