How to disable auto-open markups

I have modify Filesys project which ISDK sample code, the original code will not open markups when open a file, but my new code will open all markups when open a file.

In the sample code contains a java naming "GetPropCSI_MarkupPolicy", it didn't run in trace mode, does someone know how to disable the markups auto-open function.

My AutoVue is 20.1 2D professional
