Zoom button not working

Zoom button not workingThe issue is with entire EBS R12, the zoom button is greyed out

I reviewed the:
Oracle Applications Developer's Guide.

Chapter
Using Custom Library, section: Example Implementing the Zoom using the CUSTOM Library.

This zoom feature should come as part of R12.0.6, my question is why do I need to follow Oracle Applications Developer's Guide.

Any hints please?
