How is the Interface date derived in Service Contracts Billing...

can some one explain the logic behind this..

How can we change the interface date to look for 1st of month(bill end date) and ignore the start/end billing dates..

When billing is run during quarter end for second time.. there are 2 invoices generated in the same month.
