Using Enhanced Basket Reprice with Fulfilllment Management

 I'm wondering if anyonce is successfully using Enhanced Basket repricing with Fulfillment management activated?  Or any Order level adjustment requiring use of the R42750 or Form Exit 'Reprice Order'
With Fulfillment Management activated by basket pricing is not being applied if I disable fulfillment management my adjustments are fine.
