Where do I find the actual bug/patch fixes included in R12.1.3 patch - not the new/ehanced features

We've upgraded our DEV instance from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 and are running into various bugs -mainly in reports. we're pretty vanilla,, GL, AR, AP, PO, INV, FA

I want to upgrade to 12.1.3 IF it's going to fix some of these issues we're having..  but where do I see the list of 'fixes' included in the rollup patch?  

The document ID 1080973.1 for the rollup patch links me to several other documents which lead me to the Features and Enhancements only.   I want to review what is 'fixed' not enhanced.  

ie Receivables Release 12.1.3, according to the instructions in the following document:Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 Readme
