Form OPP manager how can I change the Program library? It should be FNDSVC not FINDLIBR.

Form OPP manager how can I change the Program library? It should be FNDSVC not FINDLIBR.I attached a print screen for more details.
Actually OPP is automatically deleted which causes this issue. Then i defined a new opp and selected FNDLIBR which again should be relinked, with relink option.

Any hints will be really appreciated.
