R07200 in process while running the prepayroll

Hi,

When we run prepayroll>Submit payroll> The R07200 goes in to Processing but doesnt completes also Employee Color becomes pink but there is no record in F07352 and F0709 and other temp table as our report is in process only. It has been since 30 minutes and then we terminated the report (cant wait for too long)

Version 8.10 and tool release 8.98.

What can be the reason. Any answer will be highly appreciated
