Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. PDFBOOKBINDER API question on changing the table of contents

I am using Bi Publisher PBFBOOKBINDER API, when the table of contents is auto genterated it always makes the page after the table of contents page 1.

Our user want to put a blank page after the table of contents and then start page 1 after that.

How can I manipulate where page one starts in the template called toc-tableofcontents.rtf
