Deinstall EE Options

I recently installed 11.2.01 on a 64 bit Windows 2008 test server.  We are licened for Enterprise Edition and the Partitioning option.  I selected the default install rather than custom, expecting to uninstall the cost options once the full install was completed. 

When I run the Universal Installer - Installed Products or Deinstall Products - the products to not expand to show any details.  Under Oracle Database, I can see Enterprise Edition, but there is not Enterprise Edition Options.

What is the correct way to uninstall Spatial and other unused cost options?

Should I have done a Custom install?
