Single Asset Disposal Journal Entry Issue

Experienced an issue with the Journal Entry creation after disposing of a single asset with proceeds.  The batch header indicated that the batch contained 4 entries and the total amount was equal to the amount of the 4 entries.  However, the system did not associate the batch number or batch date with the AA journal.  The other three entries (D1, D4 & D5) were correct and posted.  I could find the AA journal information on the Work with Journal form using the document number and document type.  I could see the unposted lines of the journal entry in General Ledger Account Inquiry but I could not
